CONGRATULATIONS TO **BATTLE OF GATLINBURG** COMPETITIORS!SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 25TH 2021

"We want to congratulate our "Battle of Gatlinburg" winners and thank all our competitors. The weather and stream conditions were perfect with plenty of sunshine and water to go around. Our first-place winner this year was Robin Lewis with a total of fish netted in 3 hours of 255 inches caught and released. That is about 21 feet of trout, Robin took home $500 and a new TFO Legacy rod for his effort. Our second-place winner was returning champ Brayton Bird who gave the winner a run for his money with a total catch of 211 inches. Brayton took home a check for $200 and a new TFO Legacy rod. Hats off to Robin and Brayton for a job well done. Cody Gilbert, a first year competitor won $50 for largest fish caught. Again, thank you to all our contestants and we look forward to seeing you again next year."

A big thanks also goes out to our volunteers who donate their time to make sure the "Battle of Gatlinburg" is a success each year. It is their job to work streamside carefully handling, measuring and releasing each trout after they are caught by the anglers.

First thank you goes to the City of Gatlinburg and Travis Williams for making sure we had an ample supply of quality trout on Saturday.
