It’s January…and that means it’s time to get ready to rumble for the “IRON MAN FLY CONTEST” 2023 on Thursday January 26th at Dead End BBQ. This night is our winter “busting cabin fever” event of the year, where good times and friends join to make a special week possible for a young angler to attend “Trout Camp”.

We have a special night planned for competitors and spectators alike as they compete for great prizes from all our sponsors. A competitor fee of just $30 enables them to compete for rods, reels and more while a rollicking crowd cheer them on. Even the spectators get an opportunity to take home a brand-new rod and more while enjoying BBQ and libations from Dead End BBQ.

Best of all proceeds go to a deserving boy or girl to attend “Trout Camp” this summer in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This camp is availble to just fourteen campers each year to experience the Smokies while taking part in camping, conservation and best of all fishing!
