Welcome to the new website for the Great Smoky Mountain Trout Unlimited Chapter #047 based in Knoxville, TN. Our chapter is fortunate to be ideally located within minutes of mountain streams, including the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and tailwaters like the Clinch and Holston River. As one of Tennessee's oldest TU chapters, our members have a rich and varied connection to our home waters and this area. We invite all to become a part of this national organization that is recognized for it's dedication to the conservation and continued support of sport fishing with an emphasis on expanding our sport to the community thru seminars, events such as Kid's Fish Free Days, Women on the Water Days, and Trout in the Classroom programs in our local schools.
