A Clinch River Chapter Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup is set for Saturday, Feb. 27, starting at 9 a.m. at Island Home Baptist Church, Highway 441 near the River Road junction, Norris.The more volunteers, the farther and faster it goes—we’ll be through before lunch in any case.
